Nicole was absolutely wonderful throughout the third trimester of my pregnancy and my postpartum journey! I did the Mamas In Motion Package for Pelvic Floor PT, and I’m so grateful I found her. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable preparing my body for birth. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was going on with my body, and tailor to what I needed at each stage of pregnancy and recovery. I was given tools that helped me find more comfortable during pregnancy as well as things to help work through labor. The exercises I followed helped my postpartum recovery significantly. If you’re pregnant or in postpartum and considering pelvic floor PT, I cannot recommend Nicole enough. She is an amazing PT and such a supportive person to have in your corner during such a huge transition in life!

Jack has been really helpful. He's attentive and asks a ton of questions trying to assess what the issues really are. Been doing PT for almost a month now and he's been great.

Highly recommend Monument PT. I've seen Josh for post op rehab of right knee replacement. He is very knowledgeable and creates a program that is designed for me and my individual limitations. He doesn't follow a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach. He doesn't just go through the motions, he truly cares about how his patients progress.

I worked with Jack at Monument Physical Therapy after being debilitated by my lower back going out. The attentive, insightful care I received gave me the tools to get back on my feet, and also understand how I can move to keep my body healthy in the future. I appreciate that I could ask a million questions, and Jack had thoughtful, clear answers. I would recommend Monument Physical Therapy to anyone who asks.

I fractured my left heel bone falling off an extension ladder. The first guy I saw was as a podiatrist who made orthotics for me. After a year of walking in pain I asked my family physician for a referral to physical therapy. My doctor recommended Monument Physical Therapy to me and I’m so glad he did. My PT discovered that my left leg was not shorter than the other leg and that my hips were cockeyed. During my first session he had me perform exercises that proved his theory. Long story short, after two sessions Ive been walking without any pain. What a relief that is. I would recommend this practice to anyone who feels that they have reached a dead end or plateau in their recovery.
