Pelvic Health Rehabilitation

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is for anyone experiencing issues related to the pelvic floor, which consists of the muscles and soft tissue that travel from your pubic bone to your tail bone – the “floor” of your trunk supporting the organs in the abdominal cavity, including the bladder, uterus, prostate, and rectum. These muscles play a key role in functions like urination, bowel movements, sexual activity, and childbirth.

Nicole Turriff, PT, DPT specializes in pelvic health rehab and treatment. Her approach to Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is to focus not only on the pelvic floor, but the whole body as it relates to the pelvic floor and to educate and empower her patients, so they are armed with the information and understanding to achieve their goals.
